When is the Congress going to act?

That is the question I would pose to our newly elected majority in the Congress. I keep hearing President Bush challenging the Congress to stop him from sending the 21,500 new troops into Iraq and yet all the Congress does is say they want to stop him.

Haven't they realized by now Bush will not change his mind no matter how much they threaten to stop him. They have to cut off funding and force him to bring the troops home now.

The horror in Iraq continues almost unabated and it doesn't show much signs of stopping or slowing down and the Bush administration doesn't have a plan that will actually work.

That is the Constitutional weapon given to Congress, and they are going to have to use it.

I'm pretty sure all but the Chimpletons could be made to understand that cutting off funding for Iraq doesn't mean we leave them in Iraq with no MREs and no bullets.

I hope they step up before they load them on transports and are already on their way to Iraq. Remember part of the 21,500 include extending current tours and redirect them to Baghdad and the Anbar Province.

Has His Fraudulency finally caught up with Reality for once?

Or is this just another specimen of insincerity we've come to expect from His Fraudulency all this time?

I'm sorry, you actually expected those yahoos to do anything once they got your vote???? LOL, that's rich.

Tell you what, Bush's plan has not worked, and I see that upsets you. Do us all a favor and formulate your own plan, then, let us all know. In fact, those you voted in sould at some point come up with a plan, when they do can you let me know? Thanks.
